“I came to see Julia at one of the hardest periods of my life, when my mum had just passed away and I was struggling to find the motivation to complete my third year of university. I looked forward to every session of therapy because I knew that I would come away feeling a little bit lighter and her non-judgemental space made me feel like I could share anything that was troubling me or on my mind, which is often something I struggle with in my daily life.
